Kalimpong Cheese
- About
Born in the cool Himalayan foothills, Kalimpong Cheese is one of India's oldest artisanal cheeses, with a legacy dating back to the early 19th century. Traditionally handcrafted from cow's milk and naturally aged, it is celebrated for its firm texture, savoury complexity and distinctive character.
Earth Story Farms works closely with local cheesemakers to preserve this mountain tradition while bringing it to contemporary tables. Every wheel reflects the region's unique climate, heritage and craftsmanship; a cheese that is unmistakably Indian, deeply nostalgic, and equally at home on a cheeseboard or in everyday cooking.
