Born in the cool Himalayan foothills, Kalimpong Cheese is one of India's oldest artisanal cheeses, with a legacy dating back to the early 19th century. Traditionally handcrafted from cow's milk and naturally aged, it is celebrated for its firm texture, savoury complexity and distinctive character.
Earth Story Farms works closely with local cheesemakers to preserve this mountain tradition while bringing it to contemporary tables. Good cheese
Very Natural ....takes a little while to realise what it is..
Very fresh and well packed.
The flavour, texture was perfect.
This is not like the fresh Kalimpong I have myself bought from Kolkata. This cheese is harder and drier. Disappointing
I haven't even eaten it. But the delivery was prompt and the delivery person was very nice.

The cheese is very dry. It is (as mentioned on the packaging) good for cooking, and I will try. But the disappointment was that it is very chewy if eaten as slices.
Kalimpong cheese was excellent… though as promised where it was to reach in 3 days it took 7 days… since cheese is a perishable item especially hand crafted ones… kindly ensure speedy delivery!! But overall everyone loved it at home… and soon I shall be ordering more.
