Our Kanyakumari Cloves
Grown by our partner farmers, at an elevation of 800m in the Western Ghats, our GI-tagged Kanyakumari cloves develop an exceptionally high 21% volatile oil content thanks to mineral-rich soil, monsoon humidity, and Arabian Sea mist. Dense in aroma, sharp in flavour, and chemically robust, they are cloves in their most concentrated, terroir-driven form.
Pairings
Crushed into a garam masala for slow cooked curries.
Infused into a citrus–honey syrup for cocktails or zero-proof drinks.
