Our Idukki Green Cardamom
Grown in the biodiverse slopes skirting the Periyar Tiger Reserve, where cardamom was first discovered, our GI-tagged Idukki pods draw their intensity from the mist-heavy air, mineral-rich loamy laterite soil, and the deep forest canopy shades. Warm, spicy-sweet, and naturally bright, it’s cardamom at its most elemental; a pure expression of terroir, where the ancient forest floor itself weaves the flavour.
