These Bajra (Pearl Millet) crisps take their cue from the grain’s natural savoury depth. Slow-toasting aromatics and gentle frying unlock a warm, nutty character with a clean, elegant crunch. Crafted in micro-batches, each piece delivers a balanced salt–spice finish and a steady crunch that feels as honest as the grain itself.
