From our barnis and boyams, to your plates, with love. The Earth Story Farms Desi Achaars(pickles) are an ode to our ancient culture of preserving and nurturing the native and seasonal for rainy days and even for celebrations. Our pickles are packed with probiotics, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin A, C and K that ensure a great gut and bone health. Our pickles also boost the digestion process by helping in the growth of healthy bacteria in your body. The secret to ESF Desi Achaars are its premium, hand-picked ingredients, and the painstakingly long and age-old methods. Every chilli, gaajar, ber and imli are brought from our partner farms. The small batches are then mixed with the best masalas and oil and kept in the sun till they’ve been sun-baked. Which is why we claim that our every bottle is blessed with the magic of mother nature! Sweet, sour, tangy, spicy, umami, there’s no taste bud our pickles don’t awaken. Smack your lips with ESF Desi Achaars every day. It’s the same joy of stealing some from the barnis on the rooftop while nobody’s watching! Go ahead, take the shortcut to childhood.
