As children, we didn't know that the good old Wood Apple was silently protecting our stomachs, reducing inflammation, and nurturing our hearts and minds with nature's medicine. “Good for the gut, good for the heart," she’d would say with a knowing smile.

How to enjoy:
Add 3 tbsp of our pure Bael pulp in 250 ml water. Mix well. Add salt and sugar to taste.
