One bael pulp container leaking
Dear Customer,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This visible change is most likely due to a physical separation of the pulp during storage and transportation. Bael pulp naturally contains fruit fibres, suspended solids, pectin and moisture. During storage, especially when the product experiences temperature fluctuations or movement during transportation, a small amount of liquid may separate from the fibrous pulp. This phenomenon is technically known as syneresis or phase separation and can occur in natural fruit-pulp products.
The product can be gently mixed before use to restore a more uniform consistency.
We appreciate your feedback and are also reviewing our processing, stabilization and transportation conditions to further minimize such occurrences in future batches.
Regards,
Earth Story Farms.
