Remember those summer breaks? The scorching sun, the whirring ceiling fan, and then, the magic moment. Mother would emerge with tall glasses of golden-amber Bael sharbat. That first sip, sweet and tangy, would instantly cool your parched throat and soul.
As children, we didn't know that the good old Wood Apple was silently protecting our stomachs, reducing inflammation, and nurturing our hearts and minds with nature's medicine. “Good for the gut, good for the heart," she’d would say with a knowing smile.
From our farms to your glass, we've captured that same golden elixir—childhood bottled, tradition preserved, and wellness in every sip.
100% pure pulp
Made from fresh ripe Bael
No additives, colours or preservatives
How to enjoy:
Add 3 tbsp of our pure Bael pulp in 250 ml water. Mix well. Add salt and sugar to taste.

I was excited to receive the bael pulp product. However, when I tried making it into a drink, I could understand that a lot of pulp is needed to get that taste when we get after braking open a actual bael fruit. In fact, they taste better when eaten just like that!
I received my order last Saturday in a terrible state, images of which I have shared with the only email ID this brand has on their website (to which I still haven't got a single response). Around 30% of the jar's contents had leaked out, even the courier box was damp and sticky. Absolutely thoughtless and ineffective packaging.
Pretty disappointing, especially when paired with the complete absence of customer support and care.

Amazing!
Beal Pulp from Earth Story Farms simply tastes heavenly. I strongly recommend everyone to order atleast once to experience the delicious bael pulp which comes in carefully packed sealed containers and safely delivered.

The pulp quality is excellent — rich, natural, and not overly sweet. It made the most refreshing bael sharbat I've had in a long time. Even better, my 4 year old absolutely loved it, which says a lot because getting kids to enjoy traditional summer drinks isn’t always easy.

It was the first time I tasted Bael fruit pulp in a sherbet & I really enjoyed.
I truly appreciate that the pulp had very little added sugar & nothing else.
