Our Mugaishal Rice Poha
This poha carries the same antioxidant-rich grain of Danton, lightly flattened so its fibre, minerals and gentle nuttiness stay intact. A soft, earthy poha that cooks in minutes, yet keeps the deep, clean nutrition of a heritage red rice alive in every bite.
Recipe: Mugaishal Poha
Rinse Mugaishal Red Rice Poha, drain, salt lightly, and let it bloom for 2-3 minutes.
In hot oil, crackle sesame seeds, then stir in finely chopped green chilli and a tiny spoon of ESF Kasundi.
Let it sizzle into a nutty, sharp, fragrant crumble.
Add onions, peas, turmeric; sauté till soft, then fold in the softened poha.
Top with the sesame, Kasundi crunch and a squeeze of lime.
