Reduce it slowly to nearly 40% its original volume.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdd the ESF palm pulp in a second saucepan. Add sugar and salt to taste, as product already has sugar.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCook it on low heat until it thickens (approx. 10 mins).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdd grated coconut and continue slowly cooking (approx. 5 mins).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnce the milk has reduced, add it to the pulp.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eContinue cooking until you reach the desired consistency.
